Hi, I’m Ivana Krgovic and I am a language teacher specializing in Spanish and French as foreign languages. I have a master degree in Romance languages, master degree in Serbian as a foreign language, Dele C2 certificate and I finished a 2 years long TPRS STRONG course.
I have been teaching languages for over 20 years, both in the classroom and online.
I believe that the best way to learn a language is through immersion and real-life practice, so I focus on creating a dynamic and interactive classroom environment. I use a variety of teaching methods, mostly TPRS, including activities based on Comprehensible Input, co-creating stories, group discussions, and authentic materials, to help my students develop their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Even as a native speaker of Serbian, I developed a deep appreciation and understanding of the culture and customs of the country where the language is spoken. I am passionate about sharing this with my students and helping them develop a love for the language and culture.
